852 Food Lab 港嘢 was established in November 2024 by two girls from Hong Kong. It was born from a shared craving for the street snacks of our hometown, especially the ones we grew up with. Here in Toronto, we aim to bring those nostalgic and unique flavours to the city, allowing more people to experience the charm of authentic Hong Kong-style desserts.

 

From chewy BOOMY mochi to classic red bean pudding (Put Chai Ko), every dessert is handcrafted fresh daily with no preservatives and definitely no pre-made fillings, to faithfully recreate the original taste and texture. These heartwarming treats are made with care and tradition in every bite.
